Service manager was terrible to deal with. Wanted $500 to splice a broken wire to an ABS sensor. Private shop called this charge egregious. I will not recommend or ever go there again.

Overall I had a great experience, but what made it the best was the service that I receive from Kalib Aboobaker. He treated me with respect and was genuine in the offer he gave me. If you’re looking for a good offer on any vehicle, you would have a harder time finding a better person. Id recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car.
I recently purchased a new 2025 Nissan Altima from here and overall it was a fantastic experience, the building was clean and the show floor was well maintained. As a first time car buyer, Jason Jimenez made the entire process very easy. Stopped at multiple dealers and Jason easily was the most genuine, open, and honest person I spoke to in the car shopping process. When asked he promptly came back to the dealership on his time off to answer last minute questions. Along with all of this was extremely communicative the entire time. If you walk in this dealership ask for him, and only work with him, not everyone is as genuine as him.
I purchased a new Nissan Frontier. I take a looong time before I commit to major purchases. I compare, research, determine my financial capacity, and allow time to be objective rather than obsessive in my buying. I know what I want and what I’ll pay before I talk purchase. Douglas Barker met me outside on my first scan of the Nissan lot months before my purchase. I liked him immediately. He stayed patient with me over months as I visited several times. He remembered my name. Douglas knows the balance between being enthusiastic without being pushy. He is knowledgeable of the vehicles. He projected a sincere desire to assist me in getting what I wanted-not what he wanted me to get. He seemed genuine and conversed in a relaxed, respectful, “real” way instead of in that loathsome scripted “slick” way. At one point I decided to put off buying until interest rates were lower. Douglas did not show any irritation toward me. However, the dealership owner heard me. In a very friendly manner asked, if they could get me exactly the truck I wanted for the price I was willing to pay, what interest rate could they offer to seal the deal. I told him what I would comfortably accept. He agreed. I purchased the exact truck I wanted for the price I wanted at the interest rate I wanted . A five star experience! EXCEPT…, Deal done, I proceeded to the financial closer. With him I came within 30 seconds of walking out the door to go buy elsewhere. No hyperbole! He was smug, unfriendly, pouty. and condescending. Without my consent he had already printed up my paperwork to include a body finish protection and a $4,000.00 extended warranty. This increased my monthly payment over $100.00. . I suppose he assumed I was just going to sign it. He never even asked! I told him I didn’t want it. Then he becomes pouty and condescending. He says, “oh, you don’t put protection on your new vehicles?” I reply that I never have. I said I just assumed Nissan made a quality truck. After all, the salesman spent a lot of time telling me how well built and reliable it is. Now the financial guy is trying to scare me with all the major things that could go wrong! I told him I wasn’t going to pay $4,000.00 for an intangible, hypothetical just for psychological peace of mind. Irritated, I said if he didn’t think Nissan made a quality truck I could always go back and look at Toyota again. Then he wanted to argue with me as to how much more technologically sophisticated the Frontier is than my 2020 Subaru (which I love). They are similar but the Subaru has more features. It has 120,000 miles with no warranty and no problems. Then this financial guy wanted to question that I had put that amount of miles on in 5 years! I finally made it clear I wouldn’t be bullied into buying the high dollar addendum to the deal. He prints another page, shoves it over to me and says that I will have to initial my denial for every individual item in the warranty. I wonder how many people he slides that into their financing without him asking first if they want it and them not really knowing they can refuse (even though it’s already printed up and looks so official). It would have been a shame if Doug, a very good salesman, and a very accommodating dealership owner ( whose name I don’t know), lost a sale because of a pouty financial writer. It really was a 5 star experience but the final 15 minutes took it down to a four star.
